Sewing Frenzy

So peeps, how was the weekend? Mine was spent in a bit of a sewing frenzy. And if you have to be in a frenzy, isn't it nice to have some pretty fabrics to sew with? These are the latest offerings from RJR's Sumptuous Living by Robyn Pandolph. My dungeonous photo doesn't do them justice. The best part of the project is that it's for my friend Kathy's book. It's nice to have a new Celebrity to work with! I'm so lucky!
Ok, back to the sewing machine. We are expecting rain all week so it's perfect sewing weather!

Those fabrics look wonderful. Can't wait to see what you create. I spent a lot of the weekend ironing and cutting the "pile 'o wrinkled fabric" in my sewing room. Still got a long way to go but the pile is shrinking. I'm determined to shrink the stash so I can stock it with new fabrics.

You're such a lucky girl! What fun! Be sure to add "much-sought-after" to your celebrity stunt sewing bio. :-)

Uh, just where is this rain I keep hearing about? Not a cloud in the sky and my iphone still says rain.

I just love Robyn's new line. (Like the good ol' days!) We also have been getting some rain. . . but they are telling us snow for tonight! (It might even stay 'till morning!) We'll see!

I was just reading one of patterns this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see she is from Baton Rouge. I'll look forward to picking up her book when it's out.
